Best time to reach you by telephone 5. Method of payment I will call you if you wish to charge your purchases, so please DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! I am working on getting accounts set up to allow you to purchase securely and directly from the website, but in the meantime, this is how I handle it.
Custom Orders Each product pictured on this website is the original handcrafted bead or jewelry I have designed. If a product has a SOLD sign on it, that means the original has gone to a new home and is not available for purchase. BUT, I can replicate it in some fashion again just for you. I also like a challenge now and then so if you have an idea for a specific bead / beadset / or jewelry design, to be made just for you, let me know... I can give it a try. (I will not copy another artists' bead but I can interpret it with my own spin on the concept.)
Email me pat@pjbeads.com and let me know what item or items you wish to purchase, the quantity, and any other special requests. I will return your email and let you know if I can fulfill your request. If I decide to give a custom order a try, I will email you a quote before I begin. If you approve the pricing, I will request a deposit of 50% of the asking price, and then proceed with the order. I will photograph the final product and send you a link to my site for a preview before you are charged the remaining balance of the order plus shipping and handling.
Shipping / Return Policy In the never ending fight to provide low shipping costs, all shipments from me currently are sent via the United States Postal Service. The postage cost is based on the total order weight. Should another shipping provider become more competitive with their rates, I reserve the right to ship your order at the lowest cost I can obtain for you. Every attempt is made to ship merchandise seen on my website to customers within 7 days (not including holidays or weekends) from confirmation of valid payment. This does not include special orders. I guarantee the workmanship of all my products. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact me within 14 days of receiving the merchandise and I will give you instructions on how to return the merchandise. Do not ship the merchandise back to me until you receive instructions. Please include your name, address, order date, order #, email address, telephone number, and the reason you are not satisfied. If a return is due to mishandling the merchandise on the customer's part, other arrangements may be taken.
